In 1958, Western Refining Wholesale (previously known as Phoenix Fuel Company) pioneered automated fuel dispensing systems to commercial fleets within Arizona through its Firebird Fuel Division. During the late 1980's, Firebird Fuel joined the Commercial Fueling Network (
CFN) as a charter member. Today the CFN network consists of over 30,000 commercial fueling locations across 50 states in the U.S.A. and five states in Canada. In the Southwest, Firebird Fuel operates over 100 cardlock locations.
Sites are strategically designed and built with the needs of the city, municipal, commercial, and industrial customers in mind. Through a sophisticated fleet fuel management software program, commercial fleets can analyze and control the productivity and efficiency of their equipment and personnel.
Significant standard features available include customer fuel controls, detailed reporting, and internet access to account information. Customized reports are designed and generated in response to specific customer needs by our expert Firebird Fuel staff.
Finally, Firebird Fuel and CFN understand the need for fuel management security. That is why we provide video surveillance (at selected locations), with the ability to provide you with transaction photos.
